Administrator

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client, an established manufacturing business in the recruitment of an experienced Administrator to join the team based at their site in Doncaster.

  • Location: Doncaster
  • Salary: £10.30 per hour
  • Contract Type: Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Office support to include general office admin.

• Reception duties / meeting and greeting visitors.

• Answering the telephone and transferring calls to the relevant departments or taking messages to pass on.

• Monitor and respond to client and customer emails.

• HR Administration paperwork.

• Liaise with various departments.

Ideal Candidates

• Strong IT skills and experience on Microsoft office.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to co-operate with other people and work within a team environment.

• Dependable.

• To be trusted with confidential information.

• Accurate data entry.

• Able to work to deadlines in a pressure environment.

Hours

• Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
