Clemence Rogers are working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Administrator to provide office support to their busy Vehicle Maintenance unit in Bristol. You will be responsible for booking in MOT’s, meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls to customers and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

• Provide professional and efficient administrative support to the team

• Book vehicle MOT’S and process the relevant paperwork

• Ensure invoices are logged, copied and sent over for payment

• Deal with invoice queries

• Answer the telephone in a professional manner

• Meet and greet all visitors to the VMU

• Managing business correspondence, incoming and outgoing

• Maintain a good working environment

Ideal Candidate for the Administrator position:

• A strong understanding of basic computer systems i.e Word, Excel, Outlook

• Must be immediately available

• Good organisational skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Self-motivation

Monday – Friday – 45 Hour Week.

This is initially a 6-month Fixed Term Contract
