Contracts Administrator

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an established National organisation based in their Doncaster Office.

Overall role purpose;

• To ensure the effective administration of a portfolio of national contracts

• To support the National Partnerships Manager in promoting the growth of established national contracts

• To support the National Partnerships Manager and Business Development team in the development of new national contracts

Key skills and experience;

• Demonstrable experience of working in a customer services environment

• Demonstrable experience of using excel to an advanced level

• Demonstrable experience of producing monitoring reports

• Strong administration skills with a methodical approach

• Data analysis and management

• Professional communication skills – both verbal and written

• Self-starting and proactive with a solution focussed approach

• Confident in working in Microsoft office applications and another IT system

• Ability to prioritise competing demands

• Experience of undertaking market research (desirable)

• Experience undertaking contract administration/liaising with funders (desirable)

Key activities;

• Effective delivery of administration of national contracts

• To undertake all administrative functions related to national contracts in line with agreed service standards including

• Processing referrals

• Maintaining contract email accounts

• Ensuring delivery partners have up to date contract information

• Monitoring/analysing delivery data

• Reconciling invoices from delivery partners against MI data

• Producing monitoring reports utilising Excel/Tableau in line with funder requirements

• Financial reporting as required

• To communicate professionally and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

• To work collaboratively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders

• To proactively evaluate systems of work and suggest improvements that could be made

• Supporting the promotion and the growth of established national contracts

• To work collaboratively with colleagues within the team to maximise the volume of client appointments booked

• To liaise with the National Partnerships Manager regularly over performance and contribute to contract management meetings

• Trouble shoot problems as they arise, alerting the National Partnerships Manager in a timely manner to issues that may impact on contract deliverables/growth and/or place contracts at risk

• Liaison with operational delivery partners in terms of process adherence and consistency

• Supporting the development of new national contracts

• Collating statistical information to support funding bids/negotiations

• Undertaking market research to assist in identifying new opportunities

• Any other duties which may be regarded as reasonable

Hours;

Monday to Friday 35 hours
