Sales Ledger Clerk

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join a growing, market leading property sector Organisation in Doncaster. Based at their Head Office function, the successful applicant will join a close-knit team, assisting with purchase ledger and general administration.

In this fast-paced environment the purchase ledger clerks take responsibility for:

• Processing of invoices.

• Payment of invoices.

• Reconciliations of ledger accounts

• Responding to payment queries from external contractors.

• Taking card payments over the phone from customers.

• Answering telephone queries from customers.

• Assisting with general administrative tasks

Applicants must have previous Sales Ledger experience, have a good telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with both clients and other members of staff and work effectively individually or as part of a team.

Hours of work are Full Time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm with 30 minutes break.
