Clemence Rogers are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator based in Park Royal to oversee all warranty claims for the local area.

Job Overview

• To be responsible for the warranty function ensuring that claims are managed and processed in the optimum timeframe ensuring both dealer and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure full accountability of parts and labours claimed under warranty and also ensure that any campaigns / recalls are professionally managed so as to minimise customer inconvenience.

• To drive the warranty function forward through development, communication and implementation of a clear strategic approach, that not only recognises future business challenges, but ultimately ensures that the operation is to company and manufacturer standards

• To work alongside the warranty/service team, to ensure all dealer claims are handled in a timely / consistent / quality and professional manner.

• Fully responsible for all warranty claims, policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

• Fully responsible for compliance in respect to technical campaigns and product recalls, including rollout of such actions, communication of such activities internally, to the Department

Ideal Candidate:

• The person must be experienced in handling a wide variety of issues whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and always having the customers’ expectations in mind.

• Must be driven, well presented, flexible, confident and work well in a team to deliver high customer care, we want to speak to you.

• Excellent communication skills

• A confident and determined approach

• A high degree of self-motivation and drive

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
